Add automatic translations to your email templates

POK Proof of Knowledge can translate your credential emails automatically using AI. You pick a base language and the additional languages you need, and the platform generates a translated version of each email template that you can preview and edit. When you issue a credential, you choose which language to send.

Part 1: Configure languages and automatic translations​

Open the email settings​

  1. Log in to your POK dashboard through the region selector.

  2. In the main menu, open Branding.

  3. In the Emails box, click Customize.

Set the base language and translations​

Open the Sending details tab. There you will find the LANGUAGES block with two settings.

A. Choose the base language​

In the first dropdown, select the base language for your custom emails. This language is:

  • The main language you write your emails in
  • The source the platform uses to generate translations automatically

B. Choose additional languages​

In the second dropdown, you will see the list of available languages. Check the boxes for the languages you want your emails translated into.

When you create or edit an email template:

  • The platform generates the translations automatically using AI.
  • You can preview each translation.
  • You can edit any translation manually if you want.

Save the configuration​

Once you have selected the base language and the additional languages, click SAVE. Your settings are now active.

Part 2: Create and update email templates​

In Branding → Emails, open the Templates tab. Here you can:

  • Create new email templates
  • Edit existing templates

These are the emails sent to recipients when you issue a credential.

Update translations automatically​

If you change the content in the base language, you can regenerate the translations with AI for all the languages you configured. This keeps every language version consistent without translating each one by hand.

Part 3: Choose the language when issuing a credential​

When you issue a credential:

  1. Go to the Issue section.

  2. Choose the credential design.

  3. Complete the required information.

At the end of the process you will find the email template and language selection. There you can:

  • Choose which template to send
  • Choose which language to send it in

The available languages are the base language plus all the additional languages you selected. This lets you send each credential in the right language for the recipient group.

  • Multilingual credential emails, generated automatically
  • AI translations you can review and edit manually
  • The right language for each group of recipients at issue time
