How to change the logo and banner in Email manager

You can replace the logo and banner that appear in the emails POK Proof of Knowledge sends to your recipients. Open the Email Branding settings and paste the public URL of a hosted JPG or PNG image into the Logo and Banner fields.

1. In the Branding section, click "Customize" in the Emails section.
2. Go to the "Email Branding" tab.
3. In the Logo and Banner boxes, replace the URLs with the URL of any hosted JPG or PNG image.

How to use a hosted image in POK

What is a hosted image?

A hosted image is an image stored on a server and available through a public URL. Anyone can view it in a browser without downloading it, which is what allows POK to display it in your emails.

Get the URL of an image that is already online

1. Find the image you want to use on your website.
2. Right-click the image and select "Copy image address" or "Copy image URL".
3. Paste that URL into the Logo or Banner field.

Host an image for free with Google Drive

If your image is not online yet, you can host it for free:

1. Upload the image to Google Drive.
2. Right-click the file and select "Share".
3. Change the privacy setting to "Anyone with the link".
4. Copy the file ID from the shared URL:
   • The link looks like this example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17w8u5iuPA_JOs2p55VYaCRv4NIXKEyPg/view?usp=sharing
   • Take the part of the link between /file/d/ and /view. That string is a unique ID Google Drive assigns to your image. In this example, the ID is "17w8u5iuPA_JOs2p55VYaCRv4NIXKEyPg".
5. Build the new URL using the image ID:
   • The URL format is: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=[unique image ID]
   • Replace [unique image ID] with the ID you copied. In this example, the hosted URL is: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=17w8u5iuPA_JOs2p55VYaCRv4NIXKEyPg

My Google Drive image URL doesn't work

If the hosted image URL does not work, try this alternative format:

• https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/[unique image ID]
• In this example, the hosted URL is: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/17w8u5iuPA_JOs2p55VYaCRv4NIXKEyPg
