Diagnose and solve the most common issues, from INVALID_SESSION when third-party cookies are blocked to Moodle LTI registration failing on a missing header.

📄️ INVALID_SESSION error

INVALID_SESSION means your browser is blocking the third-party cookie POK needs inside the LMS. Enable third-party cookies, then claim your POK credential.

📄️ POST_REGISTRATION_ERROR

POST_REGISTRATION_ERROR means your Moodle server is not passing the Authorization header to PHP. Fix it with one Apache or Nginx directive and retry the setup.
